lags rags
Tim Whiteford
Between 1968 and 1971 there were three publications that I remember. Broadsheet which
gave way to Spectrum in 1970 and Boredsheet a so-called 'amusing' parody of the Broadsheet. Tim
Whiteford edited Spectrum for two years with help from various college luminaries such as
Kevin Kibbey and Phil McLennan. In truth some of the articles were quite good and I
have faithfully reproduced them (typos and all) on the following pages. I can remember
scraping away at the wax surface to produce crudely drawn, (and often crudely captioned)
cartoons. Oh the fun we had!
